Lacombe Foundation has been part of the communities of Lacombe County for the past 50 years.

Lodge Living For Seniors

Lacombe Senior Citizen's Lodge in Lacombe and the Eckville Manor House in Eckville

• 97 Lodge Rooms in Lacombe
• 35 Lodge Rooms in Eckville
• 15 Supportive Living Rooms in Eckville (Staffed 24/7 by Personal Care Aides)

Rental rates depend upon room size, resident income level, Supportive Living Charges, etc.

Lodge living includes home-cooked meals & snacks, activity program, entertainment, special day outings, weekly housekeeping & linen service, basic room furniture as required, 24 hour security, caring housekeeping & food-service staff on site 24/7.

• Oxford Court in - Bentley (6 Suites)
• Cameron Manor (24 Suites), Parkview Manor (40 Suites) & Spruce Terrace (26 Suites) - Lacombe

Rental rates are based on income, with affordable maximum rates (set according to location and facility). Other charges (depending upon facility) include utilities, cable and parking.

All apartments are one-bedroom suites, complete with kitchen, bathroom, living room and storage area. Most facilities also have common areas. Lacombe residents also have the option to purchase a hot meal on weekdays, catered by Lodge staff.

Affordable Family Housing

• 13 Community Housing units for low-income families - Lacombe
• 15 Homes for low-income families, contracted through private landlords - Lacombe

Rental Rates are based on income, to a maximum of 'market rent.' Rent includes natural gas & water/sewer/garbage. Applications are point-scored, and the wait list is according to highest need.

• Terrace Heights Affordable Housing - Lacombe (28 - 2 & 3 bedroom Townhouse units in complex)
• Blackfalds Affordable Housing project (16, 3 bedroom townhouses, 2, 2bedroom bungalows for seniors, 2, 2 bedroom wheelchair accessible bungalows)

Affordable Rent for working singles and families. Applications are point-scored, and the wait list is according to need and availability. Direct to Tenant Rent Subsidy Program for singles and families are targeted for low income households who need help managing monthly rent payments.
