Completed applications for Employment or as a Volunteer can be filled in on line and emailed to employmentinfo@lacombefoundation.ca or can be printed and brought In Person to the Lacombe Foundation office at 4508 C & E Trail. Applications will be kept on file for 3 months.

Positions Currently Available:

Two casual positions available immediately for Weekend Custodian

  • Hours: 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM Thursday to Sunday and rotating every other weekend – eight shifts per month guaranteed with possibilities of extra shifts when available.
  • Requirements: Emergency First Aid, criminal record check, caring, reliable, and honest, experience or knowledge about seniors facility an asset, cleaning experience, must be able to speak and write fluent English.
  • Duties: Cleaning of hallways and public areas in Lodge and Parkview Manor, responding to emergency calls from residents and documenting as required responding to facility issues as they arise and assisting elsewhere as needed.

One position available immediately for Afternoon / Evening Kitchen Aid

  • Hours: 3:30 PM to 12:00 AM rotating four on, four off; 28 to 32 hours per week average. Must be available to work weekends and holidays.
  • Requirements: Emergency First Aid, Criminal Record Check, caring, reliable, honest, experience or knowledge about seniors facility an asset, cleaning experience, must be able to speak and write fluent English and able to work as part of a team.
  • Duties: Preparing dining room for supper, serving supper and cleaning Food Services Area, responding to emergency calls from residents and documenting as required, responding to facility issues as they arise and assisting elsewhere as needed.
